Cres Cor® Insulated Intermediate Height Insulated Mobile Cabinet

These Cres Cor® intermediate-size mobile cabinets are designed specifically for correctional institutions. The 1500 watt heating system and fully insulated cabinet can hold food temperatures up to 200°F. This cabinet features interior coved corners to prevent food build-up, anti-microbial latches, and field reversible self-closing doors. The full length door handle makes this cabinet easy to open and the positive catch keeps the door shut during transport. The heavy duty casters and push / pull handles on the side make moving the cabinet easy, even on carpet.

How many hot plates can it hold?

Hi. It would depend on the size of your hot plates. This cabinet is designed to hold food pans, and it can hold nine 22" x 20" pans.
