The pan is great. Used in in a commercial Vulcan oven, fits perfect. It is non-stick, didn't have to use oil or flour. Baked very evenly, and for breakfast rolls, it was wonderful. The dough stayed within the forms, and baked evenly. Cleanup was a dream. Highly recommended. Purchased one from KAF that was much more exjpensive, and smaller, but quality wise, this was as good if not better.

Question:

I am looking at the hamburger bun pans and seeing different designs. My intentions are to use these pans to make gluten free English muffins. which would you recommend? They need to be very well glazed in order for the muffins to release. Thank you

Answer:

Hi. These pans have the AMERICOAT PlusĀ® silicon glaze, which does help to release the baked items. You can also use a regular sheet pan with a Silpat or Exopat liner, like item 430047. Thanks!
