Question:
I work in a food-processing plant and want to find a mill that will allow us to separate emulsified meat product from any foreign materials. This is done occasionally, and not as part of the process, but only when re-introducing product into the process flow. So, I need to know if this mill is sturdy enough to handle that kind of work. I would also like to know if we can get one to test and see if it will work for us.

Hello, this Food Mill & Stand cannot be used with meat products. Most of our current food mills are intended for use with grains and vegetable/fruit products. Thank you! |
