American Metalcraft MP1222 Pressed 22" Pizza Peel w/ Handle
This pressed pizza peel is made with a paper and resin mixture. After the water is removed, it's cured to create a plastic like material. It will not dry out like a wood peel and there are no glue seams to crack.
