Is this dual sided? or is it one heightht

This booster seat is only single height.

Will this strap onto a cloth cushioned dining chair?

Answer:

This can be strapped to the cloth chair. Just recommend making sure the cushion is secure and may need to make sure the booster is tighter. Thank you.
