Question:
At what temperature can pans be loaded into this carrier? Example: can I take something from oven which has cooked at 350 degrees, and place it into the carrier within a few minutes, or is the limit more like a carrier for "warmed" food, example 250 degrees? Thank you. . .
Answer:
Since this has pan runners so you should have no problems putting the pans from the oven in here. Thank you.

I would like to use this as a cooler for a camp kitchen. I want to put ice in a deep pan in the top runners and use other pans in other runners as shelves to hold my food and drinks. Would this keep the food cold like a cooler would? Is there insulation on the front door?
Answer:
This insulated carrier is able to keep cold food safely for four hours. It has four layers of insulation. This should function just the same as a cooler. |
