Question:

I made coffee this morning and within 4 hours it was only luke warm. Is this normal? How long does it keep hot liquids?

Answer:

Hi. It depends on the starting temperature of your coffee and whether or not you pre-heated the container (by filling it with hot water for a few minutes). Please see the spec sheet in the "Literature" tab to see how it can keep liquids hot after 4 hours. Thanks!
