Hi. Yes, this spatula is flexible. NorPro describes it as ideal for scraping bowls, and bottles. I'd say it's not too hard or too soft.

Hi. I would not recommend this Norpro Mini Rubber Spatula for use with hot items. This is best used for spreading frosting and condiments, and scraping jars and bottles. For high temperatures, you would need a high heat spatula, like item #100095. Thanks! |
