The Easy Tomato Slicer II slices consistently and is safer than ever. The pretensioned blades are easy to switch and the vertical handle and protective guards protect your hands. The blades never need adjusting or tightened. The polyethylene slide board is treated with Microban® to protect against germs and bacteria. This slicer will hold even larger tomatoes and the ergonomic handle makes it easy to operate.

Question:

The Mumford Fire Department is looking for a slicer for doing potatoes for Scalloped Potatoes. We do 450 pounds twice a year. We are presently using Vegomatic Slicers but are experiencing plastic parts breaking from the pusher and ending in the Scallops. Will this Tomato slicer also do Potatoes?

Hi. This is only for tomatoes. For something that slices tomatos and potatoes, we have the Easy Slicer, item 315032, which has an adjustable slicing blade.
