This product does not need to be diluted. This descaler will mix with the water that is already in the steamer. Thank you.

Hi. I would not store this in any area that reaches extreme conditions that would freeze or get too hot.

We are updating our MSDS sheets and when I print the updated sheet on the web site it actual prints an older version. The screen shows 01/06/2010, but prints 02/06/08. How can we get the actual up to date MSDS?

Hi. Yes, this is a delimer/descaling solution. It is Aqueous Hydrogen Chloride and if that's what you are currently using in your machine, you can just continue with this solution. Thanks!

Does it have expire date, how long this product can be stored ?
Answer:
Hello, this product does not have an expiration date, and according to the manufacturer will be usable for the life of the product. The pH balance may change after five years which affects the coloring, but the product will still be able to be used. Thank you!
