  • Order placement
  • Information on product/order status
  • Order tracking
  • Filing claims with carriers in case of damage
  • Processing drop ship orders

Every account is assigned a specific account manager to help you:

  • Coordinate and assist with ordering and delivery of new store opening packages
  • Provide training to corporate and franchise partners
  • Communicate anticipated problems regarding manufacturer or inventory issues
  • Present new products that promote efficiencies and/or cost savings
  • Coordinate and assist with smallwares implementation for new menu rollouts
  • Maintain custom printed and online catalogs
  • Provide product research to assist with operational challenges
  • Resolve any issues that occur at the store and corporate level
